If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@zenb.com with your order number as soon as possible.
If the order you wish to cancel is part of a subscription, your request must be made at least 24 hours prior to your "Next Order Date." You may also cancel an upcoming subscription order yourself if you have created an account with us.
To do so, sign in to your account at https://zenb.com/account/login. Once you have logged in, click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link underneath the Account Detail column. From here you can either choose to skip your upcoming orders or cancel your subscription. If you skip an order it will not be created, you will not be charged, and you will receive your next order as normal based on the frequency of your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any future orders from that subscription.
If you have multiple subscriptions in place you will need to go through the process outlined above for each individual order to ensure that all of your recurring orders have been successfully cancelled.
