You can skip up to the next 7 orders of a subscription at any time through “My Account” on ZENB.com once you have created an account.
Simply sign in to your account at https://zenb.com/account/login. Once you have logged in, click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link underneath the Account Detail column. From here you can choose a subscription order and click on the "Skip Order" button for any orders you wish to skip.
You must skip an order at least 24 hours before your "Next Order Day" for each period in order to ensure that the order will be skipped.
If you have multiple recurring orders in place that you wish to skip you will need to go through the process outlined above for each individual order to ensure that all of your recurring orders have been successfully skipped.
I don't want my next order, but I don't want to cancel the whole subscription. Can I just skip an order?
