You may cancel your subscription at any time through “My Account” on ZENB.com once you have created an account.
Simply sign in to your account at https://zenb.com/account/login. Once you have logged in, click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link underneath the Account Detail column. From here you can choose to cancel any existing subscriptions you may have.
You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before your "Next Order Day" day for each period in order to avoid billing the next period’s shipment to your chosen payment method. We will automatically bill the subscription shipment every period to the payment method you provide to us during registration (or to a different payment method if you change your account information). We may change the pricing for our products by updating the Site without any additional notice to you, provided that any changes will not take effect until your subscription is renewed.
If you have multiple recurring orders in place you will need to go through the process outlined above for each individual order to ensure that all of your recurring orders have been successfully cancelled.
