A bit of foaming is a natural result of cooking pasta, including ZENB Pasta. It occurs when the heat of the water causes the starch in the pasta to be released. You may see a bit more than what you are used to when cooking our 100% yellow pea ZENB Pasta. To decrease the foam: stir frequently, turn the burner down to a lower heat, add a splash of oil to the water, and/or skim some foam off the top.
